- To share your request with a payment processing provider partner who will contact you

Who we share it with
We share the information in your request, including any statement you upload, with the payment processing provider partner preparing your audit and quote. We also use service providers that host our website and process form submissions for us. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Calls, texts and emails
When you submit a request and give consent, we and our provider partners may contact you by phone, text or email about merchant services, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing hello@zerofeecardprocessing.com.
Your processing statement
Statements are used only to prepare your fee audit and quote. You may black out account numbers before uploading. Please do not upload full card numbers or bank account numbers.
How long we keep information
We keep request information only as long as needed to provide our service, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes, and then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@zerofeecardprocessing.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
